I am just in between 11 and 40 cents - but with a nice stake.What really concern is that ISRO and Kleos do not have any communication at all - because if they would had than Kleos had no reason to put the trade on hold for a nonsense interview which could have been made better by an 11 year old. You think that ISRO would have told their clients about a new schedule or the reason of the announcement - we will see a hold now for each fart published by the ISRO.Best would be to launch the second cluster with any other provider and complement the satellites later with a Indian launch - but might be not as easy as said.
