Hi NZ,
If my memory serves me correctly the Zoom hook up with Elanco's head vet and Dr Cannon is at the end of June but lets say start of July, so things will already be happening. Like others on here I cant think of a single reason why our American friends would want to drag their heals, so long as they are happy with the results they will be in the starting blocks and off.

I think the same or similar situation exists with the Covid side. Discussions would have started a few weeks ago, WEHI and the Professor are well connected so no need to advertise looking for a clinician to run the trial. So it's seems reasonable to expect an announcement in the next 2 weeks as well.

All speculation of-course but we have been in the science phase up to now and are entering the business negotiation side so I hope/expect announcements and the path forward will be more predictable.

Have not been able to identify many small bios with a 50 million cap that were taken over in similar circumstances to use as a guide though. Aratana for the Vet side maybe, but most buy outs seemed to occur when the junior had a lager cap. [Not a better drug though]

Just a few thoughts.
