Never trust the reports if they come from somebody with a vested interested. Vested interests are bait and tackle sellers, caravan parks, motels and sellers of small boats etc. e.g. The reports for mud crabs. We've got 2 pots in all the time, haven't had a mud crab for a week and the last couple were meatless. Caught one legal size bream today and ran out of bait. Threw back 3 small jew (whiting size) plus 1 stingray and countless undersize bream.
