Ah, this is now where the thread can turn into a circus.
On one side, we're going to have people screaming that this will go to $1 in the short term.
On the other side, people who will perpetually call "dump" after every move up, and then feel they have bragging rights when some profit taking happens (don't need a crystal ball to predict that).
Here are some points :
1. We were at 0.002 a few weeks ago. We have now more than 10 bagged in a short amount of time. Profit taking will happen.
Some people, who are still at a loss from holding at higher levels, will likely also take this and claim the loss prior to EOFY.
2. We still have a stack of results due from this recent drilling program.
3. We have ongoing exploration planned i.e there isn't going to be months and months of waiting for something to happen.
4. Conversion of the 0.004 and 1.5 options will put some more $ in the bank.
5. More tenement applications - we're just starting at the exploration phase of this project. This is alot more work to do (with alot more results to come).
5. Our MD, who is also a geo, is genuinely excited about the project and is intent on proving this up as a gold province .... I'd definitely suggest giving him a call if you have any questions about the company's goals/methodology. There is no evidence for intent of a ST "speccy pump and dump" scenario. Jason came onboard 12 months ago with the focus on turning MCT around, and focussing on this near term gold play ....which he believes hasn't had the exploration that it should, for what the potential should warrant.
He has done everything that he has committed too, which includes the prompt release of announcements, on the back of aggressive exploration.
He's a hard worker, not a "professional leech" [which is what I refer to directors as, of companies where they do very little other than work toward pumping the SP for a CR (to pay inflated salaries), rinse and repeat until the market is tapped, then consolidate and change the company name (or move on]. Spec stocks are inherently risky, but if you DYOR, you'll be able to pick most of these "directors" with just a little look into their history (they'll conveniently leave off their CV, just FYI). From what I've seen, and IMHO only, Jason is here to get results and turn MCT into a success (again, it's still a spec stock).

5. We still have Admiral Bay, an enormous Zinc deposit (silver too) that CAN add extraordinary value to the company (either via sale) or to the right partner. To those who want to scream about the capital required, please re-vist the company's PFS (stage 1) at how ROI can be sped up for potential partners WITHOUT a huge spend upfront - starter mine etc .... nevermind that where it sits, the resource grade/scope is likelty to increase with subsequent studies (complementing the almost $60Mill historical spend to date).
6. IMO, the next lot of drilling is going to be a notch up, in terms of grade etc.
7. Daytraders are going to daytrade...... deep pockets are going to manipulate things to either accumulate or trade the pips..... it's all part of a stock being in a hot sector, doing big volume and having many eyes watching. Deal with it.
8. This is still a spec stock, anyone who tells you that they know what the SP is going to do (unless they have the $ and or stock to manipulate) are taking a guess (some educated, some not so much).
9. When predicting SP, Market cap matters.
