Whilst Mesoblast fundamentals haven't changed, I think there's some significant machinations at play here and it is far too complex for me to comprehend, but I'll just lay out my thoughts:
    1. CR raised at $3.20, which usually causes as sell-off first and then an increase later, but this didn't occur. The sell-off is only happening now
    2. Professional shorters have increased their net short positions rather than reduce it - what is their exit strategy?
    3. Entry into ASX200 have increased demand, and therefore should push the SP upwards, but it has not had the expected effect
    4. EoFY Tax time - does this play a part?

Anyway, there could have been some agreements being made that we (retail SHs) are not aware of between various parties to account for the above items.

    Is that too much conspiracy?
Well, those are my thoughts - so I'm happy to hear what other people think.

But, these games can only last for so long.
Mesoblast fundamentals are great (can you imagine if we didn't do the CR at $3.20?)

I trust that SI & management know what they are doing
They have a plan and are executing it methodologically
Is this blind faith? No way!
SI is the largest SH, if the SP sell-off is affecting our pockets - how would they affect him?
    Has he sold out?
How about other top20? I haven't seen any evidence of this!

Fundamentals will win out - and we are coming to a pointy end.
So I continue to HODL biggrin.png
