To clarify, the $43 Million does NOT get them to a stage of producing anything so they most certainly cannot benefit from the buy program as they have nothing to buy.
My point is they MUST raise again to start production.......THEREFORE MORE CASH THEREFORE ANOTHER RAISE......THEREFORE FURTHER DILUTION!!!!
