I hope shareholders are voting against resolution 5.
Directors/ Management need to at least get a run on the board before putting their snouts in the trough.
Many of us are out of work / taking pay cuts just to survive.... and a small mc biotech like ave handsomely reward senior management in salaries.... but they want more so that they can get motivated to do a deal.
Weightlifter Hottod Frankie and others all provide far more information than our company. A 2 point explanation from the ceo about tpgs was clearly inadequate.
