    It was always my belief that CUO way understated their operating costs. As a URL holder, that was one of the biggest reasons why URL were not keen to take on CUO. Yet, CUO management claimed that your operating costs were around $1.10 or less a pound. Guess it has been found out. Corrupt managerment in my opinion.
