I am amused that some say this court will do no damage to MMX.The threats have already done a huge amount of damage and cost a lot of people a lot of money.I wish I had the time to go to the 2 weeks of court sittings.The matter is very serious and I hope some MMx followers can attend and report back on progress.I have no doubt those in court will get a feel very quickly about who will win.
The board of MMX have made some doubtfull decisions this year but they did get MMX up to mining stage in a year so they have significant expertise and skills.I laugh that some say get rid of the MMX board and replace them with someone like Benny Alias,are you serious tell me all about his skills,its a long way from running a few shops to running a mining comoany.This case will argue fine points of law and CHM are hanging onto the thin thread,I wish all luck but MMX will win.Corporate "boys" playing games they should just stick to the long lunches.
