CaboSanLucas, I used to work in Balmain, the company I work for has 5 offices there, on Darling and Montague.

20-30 years ago Balmain was as a slum, it is what Mount Druitt is now. Geez, now people think their properties are increasing 10% a year based on "valuations" even though the statistics paint a completely different picture.

BTW since Balmain is so over priced I think I will fall harder than a lot of other suburbs.
