ADY has $28m debts re outstanding loans.
Then they need to pay Besalco US$3-4m re Sept and Oct production invoices.
Then they need to pay the shipping coy for sale of Oct ore to Wisco.Not paid as yet.
Then they have to pay staff at RLL and Vallenar as they are all on the payroll.
Then there are all those legal costs overseas and local lawyers who attended the AGM.
Then they may have to pay Phil out when he departs.
Does not leave much left in the kitty!!!!!
Only only hope is to win litigation cases asap.
