As per FDA regulations, End of Phase 2 meetings are granted 60 days from receipt of the company’s meeting request. We were told in October they would have a meeting, COVID 19 didn’t shut down until March 11. If the delay is due to COVID then they didn’t actually submit for the meeting until March but have been telling us all along it would be 2Q. Simply noting everything we are told is not exactly transparent information. Conveniently shares were offered and priced just after QIDP was granted, Annual Shareholder meeting held just before FDA meeting. I voted my shares against awarding because I want them to deliver on the promise of their products which is why I invested. If they can’t deliver than find somone that can. Don’t BS me. It’s called accountability in my book not sh*tting on anyone.
