Th rational
People that is holding now must have some rationale about the share.
This LONG TERM holders probably they are not too happy just see 4 and sell.
Why ? because some probably the average price after so many years must be something up to 3..meaning... suffer so many years to make 10% probably not.
Obviously I'm not even talking about another group that I cant even imagine the size where the average price is HI(GHER than 4. This ones ,if they didn't sold at 4 for sure they will not sell today at 3.20
Remain 2 groups... some that enter in capital raising at 3.20 and sold their shares when we were 4.20- 4- 3.80- 3.60- 3.40
Now at 3.20 that ones also doesn't sounds too much interest to sell with loss mainly so close to 3 announcements (GH- FDA/COVID- Manufacture partnership)
The final group of seller should be the ones that bought at 1-2-3 and they are on profit.
This ones I assume also sold (part) at 4- 3.8- 3.6- 3.4
Can they still sell at 3.20... yes of course, but again// why they will mainly before the announcement ?
I strongly believe the sellers are just disappearing and the only transaction really are the daily index funds that buy and sell according with asx20 and few traders that probably at 3.20 are more than careful.
I think we are "IN" to receive a good announcement and all market are "holding" and anxious to see if SI was correct to bid in COVID !!
