We all know VAH liabilities are more than assets. That is a negative net value due to liabilities but assets have a positive value. We all know VAH has a negative net value and creditors will take a loss.
You think the Bain offer will be less than $1B. I'm saying the assets are worth more at fire sale liquidation.
If you are saying Bain will pay creditors plus $1B the question is how many cents on the dollar.
So exactly what do you mean saying the Bain offer being less than $1B?
