Round Oak For Sale?, page-24

I didn't realise Soul Patts were putting up Round Oak Minerals for sale until I saw this thread.

Question no 1 is why wasn't this disclosed to AMG shareholders? Pretty relevant to AMGs JV partners and toll treatment options for the Golden Mile huh? Could someone from ASIC have asked this question and could it have something to do with mass resignations from the AMG board?

As others have pointed out, probably 'easier' to sell Round Oak as a separate transaction rather than the laborious process of selling all the assets and unwinding all JV and Govt obligations. I assume Mt Freda ore is excluded from the JV agreement between AMG and Round Oak?

This has massive consequences for AMG plans and hence AMG shareholders.
