All those considering voting no should look very closely at the likely consequences of their action. Though you have an interest in the trees/cattle etc do you really own anything?
I would be really concerned for the future of your investment if GTP was not part of the equation. You may find you have an interest in some trees on the western end of Kangaroo Island, on less than 500ha, the land may be owned by GTP or leased and others are in the mix with a higher ranking priority than you.
How will you meet the ongoing silviculture costs and have you the wherewithal to harvest and market the product at maturity.
Instead stop being precious and come into the tent because with the restructure I feel (IMHO) this company has a sound and strong future.
