Love hearing more details behind the scenes of how the NASDAQ listing is coming about. Notice he said that the ACAM raise is at a premium! Again! Previously, we had no way to judge what the US $1 share price is in relation to the valuation/mcap. But he's said it right here, it is a premium! We'll see how much of a premium it is by, I'm hearing valuations are way higher than the ASX. Which makes sense, since NASDAQ loves tech!
