Most mining specs I've been involved with always have delays and the directors are always over optimistic. This is common practise. Please tell me of a mining project on time and budget? And I bet for every one project meeting this criteria there are five who don't. Once people realise this then hopefully they won't over ramp MAK. My general rule of Thumb is assume the project will make 30% of the profit projected by the CEO, compay director, or whatever of the Co, and you won't be dissapointed or even may be pleasently suprised (that's if the project makes it, which I beleive MAK will).

I still don't see though how a local govt can upgrade a port by mid - late 2010.

I would also like to know why the impurities have not yet been reported, as mentioned by Boris.

I also haven't seen any answers to my previous question re: the cost of a benefication plant either. I will try and research this if I have the time.
