Could they deliberately mislead the market with an announcement pertaining to debt refinance (even though it is up) and then change tune before re-listing???

Obviously they didn't have to disclose as an attachment what the trading halt was for, yet given what has happened since AM has taken over nothing would surprise me.

Maybe they're contemplating a sale of all existing operations except for Sepon with a view to renaming the company OXR
