court dates, page-15

If CHM are so busy preparing this case how come they have not lodged all evidence etc as they were supposed to do prior to court yesterday.Why did they ask for an extension?
Where will they find the $1 million for security that has to be placed with the court?
I would love the CHM guys who post here to give us a some real facts instead of just saying we will win.May I suggest horse8 race 8 Melbourne I think the odds are better than backing CHM.
