    • THERE IS NO LIKELIHOOD THAT SHAREHOLDERS OF VAH WILL RECEIVE ANY DISTRIBUTION FOR THEIR SHARES
    • AS AT JUNE 30, WE DO NOT EXPECT THERE WILL BE SUFFICIENT RECOVERIES TO REPAY CREDITORS IN FULL
