1. No he has not
2. In light of question 1, no I dont believe he is deserved
3. No I don't believe he is
genuinely I am concerned that this is going to turn into one of those cases where management blantantly rips off it's share holders and at the end just shrugs its shoudlers and says "oh well".
this stock has been my biggest learning lesson in investing in shares so far
