    Hi,

    The link below will direct you to the broker report of Timbercorp (TIM), despite it is out of dated( 22nd/May/08),it offers a good explanation to our concern regarding the high gearing level of this company

    In which i quoted "...It should be highlighted that TIM is essentially a finance company operating in the
    agribusiness space and such gearing levels are not abnormal..."
