    I am down over 12K.

It was not just financing, they must have had cash flow problems for a few weeks or more. The story about running out of fuel was true, and word has it (ex work people went to CUO) they had run out a number of times and had even stopped paying accommodation so workers lost that. Generally a business does have credit eg 45-60 days to pay invoices, so you would have to be behind on payment for a couple of months. The insiders knew, this is why people in the knew bailed. Unfortunatley i was not aware until it was too late.

I am in on the class action.
