It's a joke that on the 31/10 it was all going ahead blah blah and what have we heard since? More stalling tactics and then further lies right straight to the shareholders who attended the AGM.
I think the sale will go ahead next week ,although due to the long delay it's certainly not going to be on better terms for ady. More tranche payments of smaller amounts starting with just enough to get Hawkeswood off their back , then onto YA global and then the other creditors.
It more than likely will survive short term and might see a small rally but the lt fundamentals are less than promising , there are stockpiles of io all over the world and the deminishing demand won't have buyers knocking on the door.
