The chairman owns the company that FOD has an agreement with to distribute product into China. That same company is know buying product, (hand sanitizer), from FOD and supplying it to Woollworths an existing customer of FOD! Why would FOD not sell it direct and make full margin? Why are we selling product to our international distributor so they can sell into our domestic market? Why has FOD chosen to share the profit margin with the Chairman's company? Since when have FOD needed the assistance of a Chinese company to sell product in our own country?
Where is the last tranche of Norman Lee''s commitment to the company? Plenty more questions if you think about it. Currently 36% ownership has Norman, is he sitting on a loss or is he building wealth?
