ok ok.....
Just quickly read this like 59 pages in 5 minutes so stand to be corrected if I'm wrong in anything I say going forward.
Firstly all the options being put forward for shareholder voting to be approved and issued are not freebies like some suggest.
For taxation purposes they are being issued at around 1.314c per option.
They are not listed so cannot be traded on market unless converted into shares.
Essentially they are actually worth nothing unless the beneficiaries of these options convert these at 20 cents each!
Think about it for a moment.....No idea how many oppies there are as can't be bothered adding them up.
It's a cash injection to the company effectively it's a cap raising at 20 with an expiry date of the end of the year.
These are short dated options 6 months so no time value in them whatsoever.
They gain no benefit unless they exercise them at 20c putting cash into the tin and can sell then sell them above 20c for any material gain above that.
The other thing I picked up on was the change of company constitution and the amendments to facilitate a partial take over of the company......Yes partial takeover??
Can't say I've read that before....Full takeover yes...partial no I haven't so requires further investigation.
The way I see it the company has now put themselves on notice.
Nothing happens between now and AGM vote the resolutions down.
Something happens you like well you may have a change of heart and be amenable to the resolutions but from what I read it's not a cash handout unless cash is handed over first and the share price is 50% higher.
Last day of the financial year is today so good to get that behind us and any positive announcement would have likely been sold into anyway.
New financial year tomorrow so why not start it off with a positive announcement that justifies all these resolutions put forth to shareholders today.
We have a month to decide and the board has a month to convince us they're worthy of these options but it's no freebie as how I see it.
Disclaimer.....had very little sleep today as just off working nights and suitably relaxed with glass number ?? of red after a couple of cold ones so I'm happy for someone of sounder mind to pull my post apart of any mistakes after reading through what's a pretty comprehensive doc that really requires more than 5 minutes of reading to fully digest.
Looking forward to waking up tomorrow to a positive announcement......lmao!!!
Cheers
