It would be interesting to find out if they need (Mongolian) gas.

A lot of easy money floating around here, looks like Indian Competition with China .

IMO now we have US aligned India to the China Russia mix things could get very complicated!

The geographic reality is that landlocked Mongolia is sandwidged between Russia & China who are politicaly aligned.... the poor old relationship affinity diagram is getting more crowded!
