THe financial engineering of BBI by BNB is over,now the task and stated aim of BBI management,is to restructure BBI to a less complex and more 'see through' line .

Infrastructure is usually associated with LT dividend producing stock for the 'boring brigade'.

From everything David Hamill has said, this is where he wants BBI to be,not a takeover plaything or itself to become an aggressive takeover merchant but a STABLE LT dividend producing stock,on this basis,if you believe BBI will survive and prosper,a buy and hold is exactly the right strategy.


IMHO The next 5-6 weeks will help clarify BBI's(and to some extent my)future prosperity.
Concrete news of more asset sales from BBI is the key.
