Hello mallcop, if Li has in fact been caught with his hand in the cookie jar then he should be asked to resign his position as Chairman. If that gentle prod is in affective then a special general meeting should be called with a resolution put forward to shareholders to vote for his removal. Under the circumstances nothing short would be exceptable.
I have emailed Tony Rowlinson via the channels provided to shareholders on 2 occassions asking some basic and what I beleive to be reasonable questions, along with outlining my concerns with the conflict of interest that exists by partnering up with the chairman's private company as the principle distributor for FOD. To date I have yet to received a response. Whilst I'd like to share your enthusiasm the lack of transparency and shareholder relations dampen any optimism.
The financial's are due in the coming weeks a better than expected performance may be the catalyst for postative momentum, we shall see.
