As for MFC.

Given they havent paid them the $$ (bc they dont have the funding yet), then they have lost the license.

Thats not to say that when they do get this money, they wont be able to buy the license back.

IMO, the comments about launching their own mallow line is very directly targeted at MFC.

After all, BRT have run the MFC business for at least half of this year, and Enertec manufacture the product.
So if MFC want their license back, they will face competition from someone who knows the product better than they do.

So they may aswell come back into the BRT stable and all work together.

Thats how I read that aspect of the release.
