    On Monday's video conference I asked the question "wanted to know why management decided to give over 30% discount on this CR? To an investor it looks like management is not backing their stock price and hence it is in a free fall". They ignore my question altogether, I have a big stake in MDC but now kinda confused if I should hold for long term.
