I dont want to walk away but can prove ASIC prove any wrong doing by the directors? Probably not. I just had the PERCEPTION that the company was doing well. Probably the company officers were incompetent rather than committing any breach of law from what I can see.

Can ASX prove that there was any insider trading? It could. As 12.5million shares were traded the day before the trading halt. You would think ASX would follow the money. But I can only think of two successfully prosecuted cases of insider trading in the last 15 years. One was Rivkin and another I think who worked for a well known bank and traded TNT shares. I know of other incidents of high volume trading before announcements, I told ASX and they did didley squat. The incidence of the high volume trading before the halt peeves me.

Shareholders should be entitled to cash like creditors. But the piece of the pie is likely to be small if not minuscule.
