Really the wrong time for KAI to let their North American Shareholders to be told that we’re the after thought to the company . For what ? The cost of a couple of accountants for a few weeks ? Not many remember but KAIROS was in the half dollar range in 2010 , which had nothing to do with the 2017 Denver Gold Show nearology bump . Now of course nothing is comparable to then , MC , SO , land area etc. But the Elephant in the room is the gold price and future gold price based on macro conditions ! The company has lost a lot of Good Will with their NA Shareholders who represent a good sized voting bloc ! Enough to swing a vote on the board . All the holders I know are none too happy , especially since this was not mentioned in the first announcement which reads as if all shareholders qualify . Well let’s hope that they find the rainbow or get close enough to satisfy all ! BTW I had some 2015 shares left but backed up the truck when I saw the .00X asking price , so I have no complaints , just saying that I know a lot of holders that do ! And yes with the right conditions and gold price I still believe that we could see a buck !
