As I had thought, the reference was about CNP rather than CER and came about because the same directors and chairman manage both company boards.
It must be very hard for them to think separately and switch hats when talking about CER because effectively CNP has 51% of CER and CER is just a subsidiary of CNP.
I guess if December 15 doesn't happen, there is no need to create a separation of the Boards of CNP and CER, since CNP won't need a board in administration. The separation will automatically happen.
