EMOTIONS
The problem with
trading according to your emotions , is - that the graphs are designed to trick you , using your emotions to do it . Just before every sharp rise, there is a sharp plunge to scare you to sell, and - before every sharp plunge is a sharp rise, to temp you to buy or hold .......... or something like that . So we have to learn to read the chart, so that when we see the sharp plunge (in the right context), we are excited, because we see it as a buy signal. And when we see the over-extended sharp rise (in the right location) , we are afraid, because we see it as a sell signal . That way your emotions are working in line with the chart , and not against it . Then we can be emotional , and our emotions will assist, and prompt us, to buy and sell at the correct times .
