not just easy credit but the premise of prices never going down and so called housing shortage.
when i have mates showing me properties in New York which are more affordable than our major city its time to take notice.
OZ prices are not sustainable...and thats proven out.
someone should dig up my post on the ANZ 50% price increase in house prices 3-4 months ago! lol, thats a classic
