All these small biotechs have the same looking charts, and are trading at nothing.
With no employees/ no debt/ and still only 400m shares on issue PNO remains a reasonable vehicle to back something into.
that's really what you buy it for. So you are buying John Palermos entrepeurial skills (he is an accountant basillcaly), he is on the board of a huge range of vehicles from mining to healtcare, only some of which are listed. None of the listed vehicles is doing any good at all, but they remain avenues to back in his other activities.
Is there anything else we need to know about him?
