The company can control when they do interviews with Proactive Investors, or send out emails to their database. It is their responsibility to get their compliance and communication strategy right, not the ASX. The whole premise for AR9's business model is controlling access to information securely. If they can't even manage ASX announcements, their clients should be pretty concerned about what they are signing up for!!
