I restate what is blatantly obvious.
The company has compliance obligations to announce to the ASX before doing promotional media.
If there is an issue, sort the issue and do the press later.
Most will write it off as a non-event, but the whole business here is built around securely sharing information and these guys can't sort an ASX ann?
