I liken this news to having a $15m pool that you want to fill. You currently have a 2cm diameter hose where the water has been flowing in at an average rate to fill your pool. But yesterday, a 100cm diameter hose has just been installed into your pool. So the pool will fill much faster and overflow.
No money has changed hands, but AR9 now has the capability to access a much larger market.
