People can make things a lot easier on themselves and not worry about the ratio of ATH/ATHE shares and just look at the market capitalisation figure.
So the US is valuing the company at US$16m (~AUD$23m) and the market cap on the ASX is AUD$171m. That's a huge difference, the yanks (home of the crazy company valuations) aren't remotely close to buying it, even after a strong lead from the land of oz yesterday.
