ah, yeah, I wouldn't rely on the yahoo finance, google finance types for market cap or shares outstanding info. I don't even think the NASDAQ information is up to date. ATH has issued a bunch of new shares the past couple months, including a bunch just yesterday, and I'd be very surprised if NASDAQ keeps up with new share changes that often.
