It looks like the four Aust banks are taking charge. I am very surprised they are prepared to put in $200M, but obviously they must have been presented with a plan that makes sense, otherwise why would you do it. There is something is that plan that they general public does not understand but the banks do.

I can this being kept alive right through 2009 to give it time to recover.
