If the new securities are on similar terms (which I believe they should be), Beppa will represent a good yield asset IMO, with growth potential at present pricing. However, growth will be limited as previously discussed and trading will be illuquid. All naturally is dependant on the survival of BBI short-term. My view is that it will, but eveyone has to make up their own mind.
