Agreed, that was exactly on my mind as well. Was it something that happened in the heat of the moment yesterday?
I guess the overriding question is - why? There was no indication of personal circumstances or anything like that, so who knows?
Maybe they headhunted Pager behind Fraser's back? Anyway, we can speculate until the cows come home, but Pager seems experienced enough and in the right industries too.
