Thank you for your response, I kindly disagree with the sentiment. You're also missing the point; they have general extant obligations (under the ASX listing rules and Corporations Act) separate to any obligations regarding the takeover.
The BoD have quite clearly breached the continuous disclosure requirement, to what extent I have not had time to properly consider. As I am well aware of my legal rights, and the substantial deficiencies in what has taken place by management, I am considering my legal options and whether the time cost is worthwhile.
Rather than a 'whinge'. I was reminding everyone (albeit, sharply) of their legal rights. Management's response to emails has been insufficient, similarly to their disclosure and announcements/retractions.
