As far as I am aware the in-specie distribution can only take place if we (shareholders) approve it. We all need to vote it down to defeat it - the interests of David Breeze that want to see this distribution happen are the enemy of all the value we hold in PEP11. The interests of David Breeze hold a great proportion of shares in MMR and it will take a good proportion of the rest to vote it down and maintain our interests and upside potential in PEP11.
