    From my basic analysis:

    Current 810,825,000 shares
    D4E Convert $2b @ 5 cents

    Total Shares on issue 40,810,825,000

    Value of Company:

    NTA = $5.5b + Intangibles, lets say $Nil

    Total Value = $5.5b

    Discount it by say 30% = Total Value $3.85b

    Take $3.85b divide by 40,810,825,000

    End result = 9.4 cents
