yeah well if they're clever they will have subtley worded the "letter of intent" to make potentially binding (i.e. a Banque Brussels Lambert SA type scenario), or in any case sue them on equitable estoppel, but I suppose formal legal rights mean shit for little ole ESI who probably couldn't afford the legal advice anyway!
